Delivery Terms

If the item ordered is in stock, XION® aims to despatch your goods within 2 to 8 working days of receipt (Saturdays, Sundays and all bank holidays are not working days). If the item is not in stock, XION® aims to despatch within 4 to 8 weeks.

All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse any order without explanation. Orders are made on a business-to-consumer basis.

XION® tries its utmost to ensure items placed into the XION® warehouse are in stock at all times. Should an item unfortunately be temporarily out of stock, XION® will advise you via the email address provided at checkout when the item will be back in stock, along with a delivery time.

When placing an order online in our webshop, the estimated shipping costs are calculated based on your address information and the shipping services offered by our forwarder during checkout.

XION® would like its customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If an item is found to be unsuitable, please contact us in the first instance so a suitable exchange can be made (please see our Return policy).
