The Government Training Institute has been field-testing the XION PG Long Sleeve Jacket and Pant Xtreme for several months in a variety of different environments.
GTI staff, students and visitors have fielded the suit in multiple combat training scenarios, ranging from dynamic live-fire range activities, close quarters battle activities, physical fitness work, arrest techniques/defensive tactics and MMA activities, to rally-style driving and motocross racing activities.
They assessed the products for wearability/comfort, protection, maneuverability, durability and concealability on a rating system of 1–5. The XION Long Sleeve Jacket and Pant Xtreme were ultimately ranked between 4 and 5.
